Rick Riordan by ics16OWE

Rick Riordan is my favorite author. He has written many works. Some of his works are the Percy Jackson Series, Heroes of Olympus Series, Kane Chronicles Series, Sword of Summer and his upcoming book, that has not been released, is called the Trials of Apollo.  He is generally very funny. I will share with you some of the very amusing and inspiring twitter posts and quotes.

One of them says, “Me: Grover stepped on a twig. Reader: Ah, how could you kill that twig! That twig was my favorite character!”

Another one is, ” A fan asked : Will Percy ask Annabeth the “Yes” question? Rick: You wanna grab Mexican food? Probably”

Another one is, “If my life is going to mean anything, I have to live it myself.

Another one is, “Writing is like a sport. It’s like athletics. If you don’t practice you won’t get any better.

“With great power comes a great need to take a nap wake me up later.”

These are just a few of his quotes and twitter posts. Now I am going to tell you about him, the author himself. For fifteen years he taught as a teacher in the San Francisco area. In fact some of his characters have the same names of his former students. He came up with the story of Percy Jackson as a bedtime story for his son, Haley. After he told his son the story he came up with his son told him he should make it into a book. This is what I know about rick riordan.
